We have several avenues for servicing your equipment. You can call our office and a technician will come to your site, or your can save money by bringing your equipment to us.
Our service staff takes pride in providing quality service to our customers. We receive continuous training on a variety of products so we can provide the best service possible. We try to respond to service calls within 24 hours, often on the same day. In addition we provide our contract customers with loaner machines if their equipment cannot be fixed on site. Whether it's an HP printer, Dell computer, Network that's down or a Website that need to be designed our technicians have the parts and experience to get you going.
We offer service contracts which cover parts and labor (not consumables), On-site service (billed per hour) and Carry-in service at our location. Feel free to contact us with any service, support or operational questions.
